Kevin brings over 15 years of experience in the industry providing turnkey solutions, top quality, real ROI and dedicated customer service. He believes in family, and Greenleaf's family environment consists of a culture that encourages creative thinking, personal growth, respect and trust in each other. Prior to co-founding Greenleaf Energy Solutions, Siebrecht was the President of Broadstar Wind Corporation, an innovative renewable energy company exploring small distributed wind solutions for sustainably positioned commercial and industrial customers. Kevin got his start in the energy industry as one of the founders and principals at Alliance Energy Solutions. Alliance Energy Solutions (AES) was a very successful and progressive lighting management company that in 2009 became the first ever service-based acquisition of the publicly-traded, Fortune 500 industrial supply company W.W. Grainger.
Michael Mastriano joined Greenleaf Energy Solutions in 2013, after previously working with the current GES Leadership at Alliance Energy Solutions and Grainger Lighting Services since 2005, where he held various management and leadership roles.Current member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals and the Association of Energy Engineers, Mastriano has earned the credentials of Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP).
Prior to joining Greenleaf Energy Solutions in November 2018 as CFO, Rich launched and built many successful businesses. Most recently, Rich served as Chief Financial Officer of Verde Energy USA where he was part of a team that managed rapid growth of the company to over $250 million in sales before being sold to Spark Energy (symbol-SPKE). Prior to joining Verde, Rich has served as Vice President of Finance for three other corporations. Early in his career he worked in finance for marketing companies like Unilever and The Pepsi-Lipton joint venture. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Western Connecticut State University.
